What stands out – both good and bad
The location boasts fantastic accessibility to the Brisbane River Boardwalk and various dining spots! Many highlights were the friendly staff and an excellent breakfast selection.
The initial impression was less appealing, marred by the reception's disorganization and a parking nightmare. Room noise and darkness take away from the experience.

Roof top bar closed for refurbishment!!! Several guests struggled with parking and access!!! Noise from kitchen and malfunctioning fridge created a less than peaceful atmosphere!!!

the hotel might have lovely potential, but let me tell you—absoluteley no privacy in our room, and I was annoyed to find dirty glasses left for 3 days. and don’t even get me started on how I was expecting a special gesture for our anniversary, but nothing, just silence. what a disappointing escape.
